Land and Legal Solutions,
Inc. now offers the Closer Program Suite, a title
closing software designed for use by title companies or
legal real estate departments. The Closer is an affordable
software suite that includes the following programs:
* HUD Settlement Statements including Hud 1 and Hud
1A form processing that is 2010 form compliant, an addendum
feature, 1099 copies B and C for the client and check
writing.
* Forms Generation is a program to create custom
forms in Rich Text File format (.rtf) that is compatible
with most word processors such as Microsoft word.
* Escrow is now part of the Closer suite and includes
a bank reconcile, balance sheet and client transaction
reports.
* All of the programs can access the Settlement database in
order to eliminate redundant data entry.

at the introductory price of $14.95 through the end of the year. |

The Closer HUD1-Pay Per Use for Windows
is a major update, which includes a full version of the
Hud1 Settlement program. Intended
for the small business who only does a few closings
annually, the
Pay Per Use version is
downloaded free of charge and a fee of $29.95
14.95 is charged per
client use. The Pay Per Use program suite is fully functional with
the exception of printing. Once the client is registered,
the printing option becomes available. Click
