Beginning in Western Pennsylvania in the late 1970’s the company, which was formerly known as Sulcus Law Management Services, Inc, started developing software for early microcomputers.  Buy the mid 1980’s the company had grown to a national company with customers in all fifty states.  In the early 90’s the company had grown into many other fields such as hotel/motel and restaurant automation.  Then in 1997 the land and legal title division was split from the other divisions.

Now, by concentration only on the land and legal title markets, Land & Legal Solutions, Inc. has created some of the most advanced, award-winning automation products and services in the nation.  Recently, the Abstractor program won the Title Technology Discovery award for the best new technology of the year.

 The development group consists of well-seasoned programmers, system designers, and advisors.  The customer service group is made up of people with a solid knowledge not only of our products, but also of computers, networks, printers and best of all, know-how in land title and law firm operations.  When our customers talk to the our support staff they know they will get immediate help and solid solutions.  The sales staff consists of trained advisors who develop solid relationships with our customers.
