The HUD-1
Settlement-Pay Per Use for Windows is a program designed
for use by title companies or legal real estate departments
needing to produce a HUD-1 Settlement Statement. Intended
for the organization that is just in start up mode or only
does a few HUD-1 transactions per year. The pay per use
version is identical to the popular full desktop version,
that allows unlimited HUD-1 processing, except the user is
charged a one time greatly reduced fee for each client
processed. The program is downloaded free of charge. A fee
of $29.95 is only charged when the user is ready to print
the paper HUD-1 form for a specific client. The user can
then edit and reprint the form, for that client, as many
times as is necessary to complete the filing process. The
one downloaded progrm can be used to process several clients
simultaneously.
